These terms govern everything about using the rrr3 platform — from creating your account and making deposits to placing bets and requesting withdrawals. Reading them properly means no surprises later.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you and rrr3 regarding your use of the platform, including the website at rrr3.onl and the Android mobile application. By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.
If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, do not proceed with registration until you are satisfied with your understanding. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. The most current version is always the version published on this page.
rrr3 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. rrr3 does not make any representation regarding licensing from any Pakistan government body or regulatory authority.
To register and use the rrr3 platform you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
rrr3 may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Providing false information during verification is grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
One account per person. This means one account per individual, per household and per device. rrr3 uses multiple signals to detect duplicate accounts and any confirmed duplicate will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending withdrawals being reviewed.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. rrr3 staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.
The rrr3 platform is not accessible to minors under any circumstances. If there is any reason to believe that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification and any funds held may be reviewed before release.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy review. rrr3 will attempt to contact the account holder before taking any action on a dormant account.
All deposits on rrr3 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card payments. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of the transaction.
Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts held by someone other than the registered rrr3 account holder — are not permitted and will trigger a review. Any deposits identified as coming from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
rrr3 does not charge fees for processing deposits on its end. Any charges applied by your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — are outside rrr3's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.
Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference from your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit wherever possible. This same-method policy is a security measure designed to ensure that funds can only be returned to a verified account belonging to you.
rrr3 does not charge withdrawal fees. The PKR amount you request is the amount sent from the platform. Any charges from your wallet provider or bank are applied by that provider and are not within rrr3's control.
All withdrawals are subject to standard verification checks. For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds, additional identity verification documentation may be requested. Providing complete and accurate verification information at the time of account registration will significantly reduce delays at the withdrawal stage.
rrr3 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation in cases where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or other breach of these Terms.
rrr3 may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer will have its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and any withdrawal conditions. Those specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. Bonus abuse — which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonuses in a way that circumvents intended wagering requirements, or exploiting promotions in bad faith — will result in bonus cancellation, balance adjustment and possible account suspension.
rrr3 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have not yet been claimed at the time a promotion is withdrawn are void. A bonus that has been accepted and is in active use at the time of a promotion change will be honoured under the terms that were in place when it was accepted.
All bets placed on the rrr3 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. For sports betting including cricket and PSL markets, the rules governing settlement are set by the sports data provider and cover outcomes, abandoned matches, amended results and technical errors.
In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a slot game, a live casino title or the sports betting system — affected bets may be voided at rrr3's discretion. No compensation or payment will be made for potential winnings from bets that were affected by a verified technical error.
Bets once confirmed cannot be reversed or cancelled by the player. You are responsible for ensuring the details of your bet — stake, selection, odds — are correct before confirming. rrr3 is not responsible for incorrect bets placed by the player.
rrr3 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any bet where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, match fixing, insider information or any other form of manipulation. Any winnings associated with such bets will be forfeited.
rrr3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming behaviour. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only and is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not intended as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

All content on the rrr3 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game titles, platform design, graphics, text, user interface elements and software — is the property of rrr3 or is used under licence from its respective owners. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
The game titles available on rrr3 are provided by third-party game developers and remain the intellectual property of those developers. rrr3 operates those games under the terms of its agreements with those providers.
rrr3 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep the platform available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may occasionally result in downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted, rrr3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of potential winnings due to technical issues, loss of data or any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform.
rrr3 is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, payment provider outages or third-party data errors affecting sports market settlement.
rrr3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, notice will be provided through the platform where possible. Continuing to use rrr3 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with an update to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support regarding withdrawal of your available balance before the updated Terms take effect.
